Contextual Nutrition, a Personalized Approach

Good Measures was born of a simple idea: people have different nutritional needs and goals.

Frustrated with a “one-size-fits-all" approach to managing his own nutrition, George Bennett, a change management expert and serially successful entrepreneur, was motivated to help people understand what they could do, within the context of their own lives, to make “optimal” food choices.

Finding a contextual approach to nutrition also resonated with Stefany Shaheen as she struggled to find practical, easy-to-use tools that would help her monitor the diet and exercise of her oldest daughter after she was diagnosed with a chronic illness.

Building on a track record of success, together they assembled a dynamic team that includes highly capable mathematicians, engineers, food and nutrition experts, and organizational leaders — all of whom are united and inspired by this breakthrough approach.
